Neil Wilson

Owner / Director

Alongside 360 Sports Tours, Neil runs events tour operator 8 Sports Management from its offices in south-west London.  The company specialise in large scale multi-sport festivals and hold the largest reoccurring event at the 5* La Manga Club resort in southern Spain with over 1000 annual participants.

Given Neil’s logistical expertise in Spain, he will be your point of contact for all booking, accommodation, catering and travel queries for any overseas tours.

Neil represented school and university first XI’s in Cricket, Hockey and Football and now co-manages his son’s Under 11s football team at local club Claygate Royals.

Neil also enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his family.  He also remains ever-optimisic that Tottenham will one day win the league again!

Chris Evans

Owner/Director

Chris has been involved in sport from a very early age and played competitive football, cricket, badminton and Athletics along with his twin brother Duncan. He also enjoys playing golf, running and having fun with his three children, who all share his love for outdoor activities.

Chris has built up a wealth of knowledge during his 20 years of working in the coaching and teaching industry including experiences in America and China. He also enjoys delivering Coach Education for the Surrey FA across the County working with different coaches from various clubs.

One of his sporting highlights was representing his country Wales in the European Championship qualifiers in 1996 gaining two caps against the Faroe Islands and Spain. Recently he has completed several half marathon’s in Reading and Hampton.

Chris loves spending time with his three children, camping, cycling and meeting up with friends and family for social outings.

Rick Morris

Owner/Director

Rick has a real passion for how PE can really make a difference to children of all ages and abilities. One of his areas of expertise is to measure and evidence the impact of excellent PE delivery.

At 360 Sports Education, the sister company of 360 Sports Tours, Rick teaches in several schools, leads After School Clubs and during the holidays is a Site Leader for the 360 HYPE and Football Holiday Camps.

Prior to coaching Rick held senior positions at Marks & Spencer, AXA and most recently the educational charity AQA. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree.

Rick loves sport and has played competitive football, cricket, basketball and tennis. He has the FA Level 2 coaching award and enjoys coaching his local football team Bourne Blades FC. His two twin sons Arian and Jay play in this Bourne Blades FC Team in the Surrey Primary league and also represent the District at Football. They have followed in his sport-loving footsteps.

Rick is married to Mita, who is also a keen sports lover. They also share a love of bird-watching, wildlife, Safaris and travelling.
